WATER DISTRIBUTION MANIFOLDS

We made this 10" manifold for the cooling circuit of all onboard systems on a 30mt Benetti boat.The manifold supplies rawwater to the heat exchangers of the engines, generators and air conditioners.

Made of  fully welded carbon steel with 4 carryovers in a controlled atmosphere with inert gas fluxing.

Fabrication was custom made in the workshop following the designer's specifications with 3d CAD drawing.

On-board installation was carried out by our specialized technicians with the assistance of on-site personnel.
