CNC DEPARTMENT
QD MARINE's CNC department consists of four state-of-the-art 3- and 4-axis milling machines, three lathes of which one is multi-head.
CNC machining by chip removal allows the production of components with centesimal precision, the department working in perfect synergy with the technical department through state-of-the-art CAD-CAM software is able to keep the workflow perfectly under control in compliance with the directives of Industry 4.0.
In our department we make not only the parts related to our internal production, we are able to support customers in prototyping and mass production.
