welding department
Our welding department consists of 6 TIG welding stations with state-of-the-art machines to highly specialized personnel.
TIG welding is the flagship of QD MARINE, the experience gained from years of producing exhaust systems in the world of motorsport makes it possible to manufacture products with very high quality standards.
The welds are made entirely with inert gas fluxing so as to protect the weld area and prevent the loss of steel grade, thus an extremely durable product capable of resisting oxidation is obtained.
