WORKSHOP

In our workshop we make all products obtained from the bending and deformation of tube and metal sheet.
Thanks to two three-axis CNC tube bending machines we are able to bend stainless steel tubes up to 60mm in diameter with bends in multiple sequence starting both from 3d mathematics and from prototyping performed directly "on-site".
The production a CNC cut-off machine allows mass production with accurate control in terms of repeatability and dimensional standards.

Radial and axial deforming presses complete the QD MARINE machine park offering a complete range of processing.

But the real art lies in the welding and finishing, where the skilled hands of our operators are the main actors.
A highly specialized team of welders equipped with state-of-the-art welding machines make products where quality and finish are at the highest level.

TIG welding is the flagship of QD MARINE borrowing the experience gained in the racing world with the production of the QD EXHAUST and VPERFORMANCE product.
